Thorough preparation
Before we start making calls, one
of our Senior Project Managers will work with you to
understand your business and project. All of this is
documented and used to thoroughly train the team who
actually makes or receives the calls. We then custom
craft a call guide that's embedded in the system used
to make the calls, gather information and track results.
Yields outstanding results
After 20 to 30 calls, we will conduct
a quality check to discuss how the calls are proceeding
and determine if the process needs to be refined or
modified. If you wish, we can conference you in on this
initial set of calls. And since our telemarketers are
aware of your project objectives, we will alert you
if issues come up that require your attention.
Summary reports and other types of
action items resulting from the calls - for example,
a request for sales follow-up or fulfillment - can be
produced daily, weekly or at the end of the project.
