MarketSense names B-to-B Agency Veteran to Lead Marketing Services
Chicago, February 5, 2007 — Doug Davila, a well-known business-to-business marketer and educator, has joined MarketSense to lead agency growth.
Davila joins MarketSense to direct the agency brand and its marketing and promotional efforts. “Doug’s well-respected in the btob community both here in Chicago and nationally, with a strong track record in business development and agency marketing. He will help our brand create a greater impact in the market and generate new business opportunities for us as well,” said Andrew Mahler, President of MarketSense.
Davila joins MarketSense from Slack Barshinger, where he led that agency’s strategic and growth initiatives for three years. Previously he led business development and agency marketing for Moveo Integrated Branding. Davila also teaches several marketing classes at the University Of Chicago Graham School and is on the board of the Chicago Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
